As a result of the devastating earthquakes of 2011, MediaWorks Christchurch had been operating out of temporary facilities in recent years. Early 2014 a new facility was opened after months of planning and hard work from the MediaWorks engineering team. The attention to detail is superb, and Southern Broadcast is proud to have been involved in the project. See the photos below for some serious broadcast eye candy and a view from Sugarloaf transmitter site.
